Matt. 3:13-17
Last Sunday we looked at Jesus' solidarity with the abused and oppressed. This week we will look at Jesus' solidarity with the repentant from Matthew 3:13-17. It is the heart of Jesus to suffer alongside the poor and His willingness to go humbly with those who oppress into repentance that makes Jesus uniquely able to unite all people, races, and classes in His Kingdom.
